Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Fe Fashion, we want you to love what you order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our cancellation and return policies make the process smooth and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item
• You received a defective or damaged product
• Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, email us at newfefashion@gmail.com with photos and your order details.

3. Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items like innerwear, accessories, clearance sale products, or personalized/custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

6. Shipping for Returns

In most cases, reverse pickup will be arranged. If not available, you may courier the item back to us. Reimbursement for courier charges will be given up to ₹80 upon submission of receipt.
